This is a good book by Russel M. Nelson. It's title doesn't really explain what it's about. It's mostly just a collection of unrelated chapters that are meant to make you better and more well-rounded. One chapter is about the power within us, maybe that's how he got the title. But it's just one of those self-improvement books that you can read a chapter a night and it gives you things to think about. It's also got some good doctrine in it that is always good to know.
